I tried to take your survey and answered as honestly as possible. Some of the questions on the first page have more than one answer. For example, I am married, I have been devoriced. When I put more then one "Y" in a question, the program you are using tells me I have not answered the question and will not let me continue to the next page.
I gave up on the survey becaues it doesn't seem to work. No where is there any information that you can only have one answer for question and imho, some of the questions need more than a single answer to show my life properly.
Sorry to take up so much of your time.
